Lifetime warranty on bottom bracket cups and 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects for C-Bear other bottom bracket components, from date of purchase to the original purchaser.

Your product satisfaction is important to us. When you experience purchased C-Bear product(s) have not been working as you expected, please send an email to info@c-bear.com.
Please include a copy of the purchase invoice, a description of the claim, visuals to illustrate your description, your maintenance schedule and other relevant information.

Conditions not covered by warranty:

• General wear and tear due to usage
• Damage caused by improper use and assembly
• Lack or improper maintenance and care
• Crash or impact damage

C-Bear has the right to request the product to be returned for inspection. Shipping costs to be paid by the customer filing the warranty claim. C-Bear has the sole discretion to repair, replace or refund and shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
